I went here two years ago when they were located in Buford I unfortunately had to stop coming because I moved. It’s even better than I remember. So glad they moved to Dacula. As soon as I saw their new location I signed up. This gym is incredible. Great variety of exercises. Shay is super involved and gives great motivation to keep you pushing though every workout. Every workout is different. I would recommend for anyone looking for an amazing gym to give it a try. (Novice or experienced)

The owner Shay is extremely knowledgeable and truly meets each client where they're at regardless of their fitness level! I've been a member since 2015 and I have to say that this is the only gym that has kept me consistent and committed. I've done personal one on one training, meal preps, dieting tricks and your typical gym memberships, which I never use. This is a quick 30 minutes full workout class. The coaches are committed to your fitness success and push you to limits you didn't think you had. I love this place! This gym has become a major part of my fitness journey and I'm so happy I found it years ago. Take my word for it and come give us a try, I promise you will not be disappointed!!!

I’ve been working out here for 8 1/2 years and there is no better workout around!! It’s an amazing full-body workout for all ages and abilities. I’m 43 and I feel strong and healthy and look forward to these workouts which are new and different every day. Work hard for 30 minutes and you WILL see results. It’s a fun, supportive workout environment and the trainer is knowledgeable and motivational. Sign up, get results and live healthy!!

I love the efficiency of Shay’s workouts at MuscleThru. It’s a half hour, full body workout that combines weights, plyometrics, and cardio. All of the movements can be scaled and Shay is great about making sure each athlete is appropriately challenged. He has great energy and is so passionate each and every class. My conditioning has significantly improved since I’ve added boot camp to my routine. An added bonus- the music and facility are always clean!

Best. Workout. Ever. Shay consistently pushes you to do your best while respecting your body’s limits. I’ve tried several gyms and this is hands down the best full body workout you will get in 35 minutes. Worth the drive if you don’t live close!!

THIS PLACE IS GREAT! Challenging workouts, fun atmosphere, it feels like a real community. Shay pushes me to my limit every time, and I’ve lost about 30 pounds since joining in January. One Of the best things I started doing for my health and wellness was joining this gym!!
